(To anyone who likes to complain about DCPS remember that the lottery is run by MySchool through a contract. Contractors are a mess. But let's face it. This sort of stuff happens regularly everywhere.)
I feel like myschools dc actually has its stuff together. Unlike DCPS, who sent the emails.
