We were in daycare, but a Montessori that helped us with Oh Crap and didn’t push for pull ups or readiness signs. I’m sure we got out of night diapers so quickly because we finished day training when she was young and her brain was responsive (night training is hormonal, you can help kick start the production of ADH with stretching the bladder by learning to hold it, plus regular sleep habits to encourage melatonin production).
