This is also seasonal for me, but here is a loose idea this time of year:

-Pasta, meat, salad, bread (chicken parm, baked ziti, spaghetti and meatballs, etc)
-Pizza (frozen or ordered in)
-Tacos/quesadillas, beans, avocado (chicken, beef, shrimp, etc all with cheese)
-Braised pork/beef (Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean), steamed rice, bok choy
-Rotisserie chicken or ham, au gratin potatoes, cheesy broccoli, rolls
-Southwest chicken skillet with leftover rotisserie chicken, topped with avocado, cheese, sour cream
-Breakfast for dinner
-DH’s home smoked pork or brisket sandwiches, corn pudding, Cole slaw
-Seared fish(fish sticks for kids), some kind of rice, green vegetable
-Slow roasted garlic pork shoulder, steamed rice, sautéed cabbage

There are many other one-off meals as well. I love making new things!

For me it depends on the season because I shop at farmers markets 6 months a year

Stir fry with veggies and tofu
Lentil stew with rice
Quinoa salad with bread
Bean burritos
Quiche/frittata
Chickpeas and spinach over rice
White bean soup and pasta with asparagus and lemon
Homemade Mac and cheese with roasted broccoli
Tapas style meal with cheese, baguette, olives, hummus, gazpacho if summer
Chili or hearty soup

I have eight and then try out new recipes — maybe one a week.

Which recipe do you use? My go-to recipe is too much work for every week.

NP but how is it too much work? Cut 2 potatoes and 1 onion, cook in a generous amount of oill, beat 4 eggs, drain oil and potatoes, add salt, cook in a pan until almost set, flip on to a plate, slide back into pan, and cook until done. Easy peasy!

Chili (veggie version, standard version, Cincinnati version)
Grilled meat with veggies and rice or couscous (chicken wings or legs, pork tenderloin, occasional steak)
Shrimp linguine
Grilled salmon
Tacos with chicken thighs in instant pot
Pulled pork (either on the smoker or easy version in crockpot)
Red beans and rice
Various Indian dishes in the instant pot (vegetarian or chicken curries)
Stir Fry with any meat and veggie
Homemade pizzas

We find that it's pretty easy to grill year round in DC.
