The ones who were visibly of low character—did it unrepentantly, felt entitled to do it, only stopped because they were caught (if they ever were at all), would do it again if the opportunity presented itself.
Anecdotal, but I can only speak on what I’ve seen with my own two eyes. I’m sure there are secretly “trashy” people I don’t know about who don’t care if they caught, but that by virtue of itself makes them of low character.
