New poster - this jacket is the type of jacket I’d wear with jeans, and if you look at the measurements, it’s not cropped. The first picture is a little misleading.

Stretchy black pants and a lightweight sweater or blouse. No blazer, especially now that it's warming up.

PP. Because the office dress code is jeans and hoodies. Wearing a suit or slacks makes it looks like you can’t read a room and get a feel for the culture, which makes others think that maybe you have bad judgment at worst, or are clueless at best. Definitely look nice. Sharp. Polished. But wear dark jeans or other casual non slack pants.
