Take care of yourself. For me, that means cutting down (or out) alcohol, simple processed carbs/sugary foods, not eating too close to bedtime, practicing mindfulness or relaxation, and paying attention to my bowel movements.

You can date/hook up with men in their late 20s through early 40s and no one bats an eye.

You're in the sweet spot.

If your parents and other older relatives are still with you, reach out to them and work on those relationships. If they're still active, do active things with them, like that trip you may have always talked about but haven't gotten around to. Appreciate this time you have with them now.

You all sound very privileged and vapid.

OP I didn't get invisible until late 40s, don't worry.
My mid-30s were a fantastic time partly because I reached the stage where I didn't give a flying fuk what anyone thought - actual independence kicked in.
Though I know everyone is different and I may have been a late bloomer on that front.

And plenty of very hot men paid attention. It depends on who you are. Not everyone turns into Grandma Walton at 40

Just stay active, watch what you eat, work out and take care of your skin and you’ll be fine until you’re 45 at least. Typically, in the mid 30s, people let themselves go. Don’t be that person.

Hopefully, if you haven’t already, you will stop caring what literally anyone else thinks of you. And you will learn to love yourself.

I’m 36. I prioritize fitness (or, at least, not becoming fat) and financial wellness. I do my best as a wife, mother, and employee. I try not to be immature. I control my emotions. I feel like a completely different person than at, say, 32, and just try to make decisions that are best for the long-term.

If there are countries you are planning on traveling to which require a lot of fitness or physical activity, do it when you are younger, it's more enjoyable.
