Anyone else had their babies' limbs measure low? Did they turn out tall?

It's fine if he's short -- though all the men on my side of the family are super tall (and my partner isn't super tall, but he's 5'11) -- but just want to make sure it's not something like dwarfism or that his limbs are out of proportion compared to his body.
