My 4BC embryo is now three years old. I was 42 when I underwent my fifth and final IVF. 8 eggs retrieved, 4 fertilized, 1 blastocyst rated 4BC which took.
At my first IVF, I had a perfect 5 AA rated embryo that didn't take, so you never know.

Embryo grading is subjective. I wouldn’t make decisions based on it. Fertility IQ has a great explainer about embryo grading and the need to take the grades with a big grain of salt.
