Just curious, would you if you had the opportunity still find it hot to be with a woman who was already carrying someone else’s child? I mean, she can’t get pregnant, but…another man’s child.

We were at dinner with a group of friends and when the pregnant woman got up from the table, one of the women made a "hot mama" comment. It became clear that the (married and platonic) men around the table all agreed. This woman is generally pretty but not a supermodel. We ended up having a discussion about whether it was the physical or biological changes that bring on this new found admiration.
I am not talking about 9 month waddlers on their way to giving birth. But in general is there a time between 4-8 months where pregnant women naturally attract more attention from men? Or is it simply a personal connection to this woman that makes these group of men agree that she is striking while carrying a baby (not her first).
