I mix blueberries into it instead of yogurt fairly often for breakfast. Add walnuts and cinnamon. Much richer tasting.

I usually buy ricotta to mix with cooked penne and tomato sauce. Top the whole thing with mozzarella and bake! Drool…

Absolutely- The best pancakes I've ever had were lemon ricotta pancakes at the Santa Monica Fairmont hotel. With blueberries and maple syrup. Amazing.
