Erin is not my style but hits that sweet spot of "not overused but everyone knows how to spell it and it's a real name".
Carrie is irksome to me (nickname, SATC, incomplete feeling) but agree with PP upthread that Kerry hits differently and would fall into the same bucket as Erin

Erica: not bad, but feels a little '80s to me
Erin: I cannot warm to this name. It's overused among Irish people, when in reality, no one in Ireland would name their kid Erin. Also, some people pronounce Ehh-rin and some people say Ay-rin. That would bug me.
Carrie: Nice. Also a little dated, but sweet.
Natalie: Very nice name. So, I guess it's my favorite!
