Lee Highway had been renamed Langston Blvd in Arlington. I'm guessing that the part of Lee Highway that veered off uphill for a mile or so and then reconnected and which was named "Old Lee Highway" has been given a new, different name. And since it is located in the Cherrydale neighborhood, Cherry Hill Road is not that crazy a name.

That said, I was hoping that for this stretch of road they would use the other "L" name that was being considered for Lee's replacement, Loving Road.

But also I know of someone who managed to split off a casita on their property to have a separate address and for whatever reason applied the new address to the big house. So perhaps that’s a workaround in some jurisdictions.
