The real problem is that it's a zero sum game. We know there aren't enough slots in certain camps for everyone who wants them. We are all trying to get the lucky ticket.

I can't believe DPR hasn't shut this down yet. There's no way there systems can process the volumes of requests and it's just going to keep throwing errors all over the place.
