I had an uneventful recovery and drove at 3 weeks. Sit in your sit and pump the break and gas, turn to look over your shoulder, buckle seat belt. If no pain you should be good to go. I would try to stay off highways.

3 weeks based on operative literature and reaction time.
Additionally, your hysterotomy sutures are no where near dissolved prior to that.
