Might also consider county rec teams for soccer. High school level needs and takes anyone as teams dwindle and merge as kids move to travel and high school team soccer and other commitments. My DD has enjoyed continuing recovery soccer in addition to school sports (cross country and track) and has met kids from all three high schools this way.

Clubs are in person. What clubs require academic classes? There are plenty of opportunities
