Second vote for LP Steamers. IT's where we go whenever we go downtown. Great old fashioned Baltimore crabhouse atmosphere, although we usually get the steamed shrimp. Love their old bay seasoning on the fries. It's not old bay but their own mixture.

Jimmys! I love the food there. It's nice for a birthday celebration

I love seafood, I love Baltimore, I hate the Rusty Scupper. But if you’re into subpar seafood for triple the price, then you’ve found your restaurant!

Think of the quality gap between Fiola Mare and Season's 52. That's the same quality gap between Season's 52 and Red Lobster. And that's the same quality gap between Red Lobster and Rusty Scupper.

It seems like OP is looking for a local place vs. a chain

If you want to try something a little different, Pierpoint’s has smoked crab cakes.

Thames Street Oyster House or The Black Olive. Both in Fells Point. Also Check out Charleston to see what seafood dishes are on the menu.

I don't have a recommendation but have always been seriously turned off by the name "Rusty Scupper." I don't know what a scupper is but if it's rusty that sounds unhygienic!

Yuck. None of those places

Try Thames St for good seafood in Fells Point
