They ghost and sometimes reappear. If the woman bites, then they know they can get away with it again with her and keep her on a roster.

This. The only time I’ve ghosted it was because her 🐈 smelled incredibly just bad — kinda like spoiled milk. Really beautiful woman too but I just didn’t know how to tell her that I so I ghosted. Still feel bad about it. Sigh.

I think it's probably common for men to ghost women if the sex wasn't what they like in some way. If that is the case it's probably good that they just disappeared. No explaining involved, and as much as ghosting might bother you I think an honest explanation of not liking sex with you would be worse.

I had to ghost someone I was dating when she didn't realize that she was an alcoholic and continue to not take an answer that I don't want to see her anymore.
