Canned chicken breast. It is surprisingly good, better than tuna.

Peanut butter packets was great idea. Use apples for dipping.

Nuts

Avocado.

I will have no control over any of the meals, but figure there will always be a salad option, and if I can have some high protein snacks, it should help me through the week.

Nuts and fruits can be helpfully during these times. Good luck OP.

I know you said no jerky, but I do think those chomps sticks are not bad.

Sure, Jack. I'll wait for you to post a full week of food, not refrigerated, that fits your criteria exactly.

TIA

Adults don’t need snacks. Eat your meals. Either way, 1/2 cup of chickpeas has 28 g carbs and only 6 G protein. Not exactly high protein, low carb. Rx bars have less carbs and twice as much protein (23 carb, 12 protein). But not sure if that is low enough carb for OP

Right. She wants high protein, no/low carb for a week, no meat jerky, no fridge, not even a grocery store.

And your answer is bars for the whole week? Okay. That's a great effort.

It’s just for a snack. Yeah, a bar should suffice. How much snacks do you need daily? Hint: none, really

I like chick peas, but cold in a baggie? Nope. I mean if I was stuck on an island and that’s all there was, sure. But otherwise. Nope.

Those single-serving tuna pouches, I think they come in different flavors.
