Scottish are good (Botanist) but try South African (If you can find them)

In my opinion the best gins around at the moment are coming out of Scotland, Eden Miill and The Botanist are two that are widely available.

The reason is that lots of small distillers set up to produce new single malt whisky but that needs to age a minimum of 3 years bust most often 10+ so they turned their attention to gin so they have sometime to sell in the the interim, and have become very good at it.
