I started making my own beans in the instant pot about six months ago because canned beans are really, really hard to find. And it's so easy to make yourself.
PP who was struggling to find the canned beans - that sounds nice! Unfortunately I don't have an instant pot or pressure cooker. The last two recipes I tried using dried beans just didn't turn out well, no matter how long I cooked them they still came out too hard. I vowed to go back to canned beans, but was surprised when they've been hard to find!!
