Trump on Pelosi ripping up his SOTU speech, which he considered to be illegal because it was an official document, around 31 seconds in.
This is a joke, right? We’re supposed to think the Trump knows the law?
I'm sure it's not illegal for the Speaker of the House to rip up a copy of the President's speech that was provided to her as a courtesy. It's not an official document.
Yeah, a copy (of someone else’s speech!) isn’t an official document, but the point is that Trump had been told enough times that he couldn’t rip things up because they have to be preserved, that he thought he was calling Pelosi out…while he continued to mishandle actual original documents.

Who handwrites memos?
Trump does.

I recall Scooter Libby and Sandy Berger were prosecuted, convicted and sentenced for illegally removing/destroying official records. There should be no possible way that this DOES NOT also get prosecuted.

Behold the real deep state. Unelected nobodies making decisions about stuff about which they have no business making decisions.
They should be prosecuted. It's against the law.
But her emails… Lock her up, etc.
Republicans routinely accuse Democrats of imaginary crimes and then openly commit crimes in full confidence that they are above the law because law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges all are heavily biased in their favor.
