Still too hot for me personally. I went in mid-May a few years ago and was miserable. But honestly it depends on what you’re doing. Staying indoors or at the pool? Go whenever. Going to a theme park? I could not think of a greater Hell than to visit Orlando than in August. Also, it is hurricane season. Hot, humid, muggy, and thunderstorms definitely make Orlando miserable in August.

The heat has never bothered me. But, I start to get really cold when the temps drop below about 65. I hated winter in DC.

We wouldn't do theme parks exclusively, but have young kids so would probably want to do some of them.
