Otherwise, no one will have heard of JMU other than around here. I lived in Pittsburgh and never heard of JMU until I moved to this area. Similar to locals here wondering, what is an IUP?
Pitt is a far better choice, unless she wants to stay local.

I graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from JMU and graduated degree from CMU. Engineering is the same everywhere with the exception of Stanford. My degree is in Civil Engineering but I am now working in Cyber Security pre-sale.
