Indiana basketball hasn't been relevant in years.

Auburn leans heavily conservative, has a southern vibe that a northerner might or might not resonate with, is 80% white, and is highly focused on football and Greek life. Only 70% of freshmen live on campus, which I wouldn't like. It does have the warmer weather going for it, though. Unless that all sounds inviting, I wouldn't take that option.
The other two schools are more diverse ethnically and have a bigger diversity of interests, too. Personally, I'd take Boulder in a heartbeat. Being so close to such great hiking and having such a gorgeous setting would be heaven for me. The cost is a bit higher, but not not enough to make a difference IMO.
IU is not diverse.
IU is 65% white
CU is 66% white
Auburn is 75% white

Auburn is actually ranked #1 right now for basketball.
