I’m in fantastic shape. I’m a personal trainer and I teach hot yoga. I would feel really sad for you for being so ridiculously obsessed with your appearance and your possessions. You kinda miss the whole purpose behind a yoga practice. It’s much more than the asana. You might dive deeper into the Eight Limb Path. If you don’t know what that is, you’re not practicing yoga.
