Yes! It may be “tradition” but the guy who keeps starting these threads really seems to revel in it. It’s easy to make it a fun “game” when you know you’ll get the paid day off. But for working parents, particularly those with young kids who are just burnt out and out of paid leave after these past 2 years, I find him grating.
