Five years ago I bought a set of reusable pods and haven't bought a disposable pod since. Easy peazy.
Use whatever coffee you like.

My husband has a fancy espresso machine and drinks espresso. He makes lattes for me. Alternatively I love using cold brew concentrate and mixing with ice and milk. Last resort is a box of La Colombe canned draft lattes in case of emergency.

Used to use a french press which is great, but I have a genetic predisposition to high cholesterol and using a coffee filter can reduce cholesteral by 15% so I switched to a drip coffee maker. I make 6 cups and just heat up tomorrow's portion in the microwave. Some people may think that's gross but whatever. Works for me.

We have a countertop espresso machine that grinds the beans and has a frothing wand and hot water dispenser. I usually make a cup of coffee with 3 shots of espresso and add hot water for an americano. A touch of half and half and a sweetener. On weekends I usually make a cappuccino or latte, but I avoid that much milk with my daily coffees.

I find that the Keurig makes too much and is falling out of my mug AND too watery OR it's only half of my mug.

What's a French press versus pour over?

Mococmaster drip coffee. Just a little cream added. I use a mix of oat milk and walnut milk as the creamer.

I have a pot with a capacity of about 3 mugs. I generally brew 2 cups each morning.

I used to do Chemex pour over. My mornings now with three little kids are too hectic for that. Now I use a cheap Mr. Coffee drip and make 1/3 of a pot.

I’m at a rental house that has a ninja that’s pretty good. I can’t easily find the same model online tho.

I have a ninja and love it. I set it to brew a cup into my Yeti in the morning, then brew another cup a couple of hours later. No pods or plastic.

Most of the time it's drip coffee. Our machine can be set to brew only 2 cups. We have a reusable filter, so there is no waste.

Some of the time it's Bialetti stove top cappuccino.

DH uses a French press and fills up one regular coffee cup for his morning cup at home, and puts the rest in his Yeti tumbler for the afternoon. Still perfectly hot several hours later, so he only has to make it once.
