Love William and Arthur. Love Charles but wouldn't use it because I knew a jerk with that name. Not crazy about the other boy names, especially Fitzgerald.
Sasha is actually a nickname for Alexandra in Russian, too! It's unisex. If you google image Саша, the results are a mix of men and women.
I think I've met one Emma and one or two Evelyns around here so I don't think we're exactly being flooded by them. And I agree that popular doesn't mean bad.
