That's crazy, crazy high. I think the primary thing you're going to have to adjust is your expectations of pay. We pay our nanny $25 and she's amazing. You might be able to find someone to pay you $30, but you're not going to find higher than that.

If you really want to stand out, with permission from their parents, start a nanny Instagram or TikTok reel.
Are you out of your mind?!
There are literally people who don't require their nannies to drive...anywhere. They have a car service or the nanny is strictly live-in and for live-in activities. So they don't care about her driving record - especially when good nannies are in short supply right now.
NP here. It is in our contract with our nanny that any pics of our kids or home on social media is instant grounds for firing.
Ahh okay. A lot of people in the DC area are really concerned about privacy. They’ll be the political aide to the Assistant Under Secretary of Near Eastern Affairs but act like they’re the Director of the FBI. That’s fine. Do you.
I follow some really fun nannies on TikTok who run every post by the parents and will never lack for high-paying contracts.

Anonymous wrote:Your age is not a problem, the biggest obstacle is your rate. $35 is very high, so most families won't be able to afford you. You need to target a specific segment of families.
