Same when I eat Indian food. My stomach is just not used to any level of spice at all and reacts poorly.

+1 every single time. I can’t figure out what it is - have tried various iterations and sick every time unless it’s a plain cheese quesadilla, so it’s not the grease
The chicken at chipotle makes me sick. I don't eat any other meat so haven't tried the others. Now I will only get veggie stuff there but rarely go. I haven't been back in probably over 5 years.
