Did they spend any of their budget on lighting? Past seasons might as well just have been audio.

Do you think people in the Ozarks are really like that? We used to take driving vacations there when I was a child in Illinois. I don't remember much, except stopping by the fireworks shops which were legal there.

Yeah the issue is no time has passed in th storyline but the actor grew up in real life. Not much you can do about that unless you just replace him with a different actor with no explanation like Darren on Bewitched.

Probably because it is stupidly predictable and Jason Bateman's unlikeable personality shines through his character.

Love that he plays this nice, "wholesome" guy doing the terrible things he does.

I really loved this show pre-pandemic but I can't bring myself to watch it now. Just too dark.

So do we need a separate thread to talk about it? I don’t like shows that come out all at once. I don’t participate in the discussion threads bc I don’t want to read ahead. And by the end of the season, I may have one or two things to contribute but not much.
