It’s always weird to me when a teacher dates a very young woman, makes me question why the spend their days with children. Awkward that it’s your au pair, but I wouldn’t want to interfere in her decisions, that part can be managed and it probably won’t last.

This is a conflict of interest if the teacher is actively teaching your students. I would say hhhhh no! Bring it up to the agency, have a meeting, and rematch that au pair! What if he comes over to the house spend time there, the au pair talks about him a bunch to the kids, etc. and then the boundary of teacher/student is blurred. One he's not a teacher then who cares. Until then, she's gotta go or break it off.

He’s the gym teacher. Haha very fit and all that. Idk his intentions but she’s definitely in love. I worked with the teacher on a club before and I know he’s professional but I think my Brazilian au pair is most going to fall in love cause I know he takes her on nice dates

What can you say, OP? Love is love. People get lonely.

She probably wants him for a green card.

OP here. Huh? Nanny is a member of DAR (Daughter’s of the American Revolution) and a former kindergarten teacher.

You really need to get out more, PP.

Ok op is a troll. You said au pair. Au pairs are foreign.

Oh, sweetheart, wake up. This is not OP but a poster with a nanny of three years who is about 66. NP here. It’s really not that hard to follow, PP.

What the heck?? The poster said “OP here.” Read!

OP of this comment, fool. It’s frighteningly clear. Everyone got it but you.

Typically "op" refers to the original poster of the thread. I've never seen anyway use it the way you just did. And clearly the green card reference was
To the au pair. These love stories become more dubious when someone is foreign and may want a green card.

Original Poster of a comment that goes into a thread is used all the time. And your observation about the subject pair is ugly and stupid anyway.

1. You have reading comprehension issues. You are replying to a PP who posted about her nanny
2. Not all au pairs are foreign. We have friends who have had American ones many times

When au pair pair dumps teach and teach takes it on the kid, then can I say something?

You really think a grown man is going to take it out on the child because the child’s babysitter dumped him?
