It isn’t the calorie amount that makes something an indulgence. A piece of
cake is an indulgence to me. I don’t eat cake daily. It is a special occasion food. It probably has 300-400 calories. Is it not an indulgence unless I binge and have 6 slices or 2000+ calories worth of cake? I can’t imagine eating 2500 calories on any one thing at once. Sorry but that is

No idea how many calories are in as they can vary wildly depending on brand, crust, etc. I’m guessing since it was ordered from a pizza place it has a lot more calories than the frozen store bought varieties. But either way. This isn’t healthy eating behavior and likely stems from OP obsessing about macros everyday all day and then losing control and gorging.
It's so tedious, how some posters look at one example and declare someoje disordered. OP ate the caloric equivalent of a burger and fries with a beer.

Yes, I’ve struggled with binging in the past.
I strayed this weekend- over the course of a couple days, I had a few pieces of my favorite cake my mom makes me while I was visiting her. Gained a couple pounds in water weight that’ll fall off in a day or so. I don’t sweat it.
I would consider that a pathological issue. A couple pieces of pizza is a splurge, if you don't normally eat pizza. Eating an entire pizza entirely different.
A couple pieces of pizza is fine and not even a splurge. It's only a splurge if it results in consistent overeating.
There is a disturbing trend in this forum of obsession with food and there is a lot concerning behavior around here.
