You can make three dinners:
Couscous, beans, carrots, celery

Pasta, ground beef tomato sauce

Any leftovers? Add them to the stir fried Rice, sausages, spinach, carrots, celery

I know dinner's done, but I would have suggested a potato hash with sausage and spinach, assuming you have onions. It's a favorite of ours.
