But seriously - I am a PP who went from 6/7th gen kindle to oasis and I think it is noticeable if you sit and hold and compare side to side, but it’s not like I had to build up to using my Oasis. I’m jot sure I can say it is *noticably* different from holding my iphone (well, better balanced shape, but talking weight). FWIW I am a 120-something lb woman, not like I have strongman superhero hands.

Oasis user here: love, love, love it, especially the new model with the amber light capability. It's awesome, not like reading on a tablet screen at all. The weight has never bothered me, it's quite light, and I'm not sure I'd want it to be much lighter, I like to feel like I am holding something. The only down side is a bit of uneven lighting on the screen--you have to be super persnickety to notice it, I think, but that's me--due to the nature of the technology, I thought my first one was broken but that is just how it works. You get used to it, and it is well worth that little nit for the other upsides.

I can’t - I haven’t used my Paperwhite in some time. It’s just my impression, anyway. The Amazon site probably lists the weight for both.
