Agree with the others that you have not harmed the embryo with the white wine. Many of the things we do during the two week wait are more about managing regrets (e.g., will I be upset with myself for having this glass of wine, exercising vigorously, etc.) That said, managing or treating anxiety and stress will help all around.

I had beer and half martinis here and there during my pregnancies. Even had sushi and raw oysters.

I’ve conceived four times. My doctor was adamant I stop drinking a month prior because of miscarriage rates tied to alcohol. Two of those pregnancies I didn’t and I did indeed have two miscarriages. There are studies that show correlation to early miscarriage. The majority of people don’t have an issue but just because “you were fine the one time you got pregnant” doesn’t give you the right to spew bad medical advice. This isn’t Emily Oster information - has nothing to do with FAS that early, it’s miscarriage rates.
And yes, I know people on this board love alcohol almost more than anything else and someone telling them to stop drinking is basically the same as a death wish. By all means come at me, but if you’re one of those people, you have the problem - not me.
Why did you drink again the second time after the first miscarriage?

It’s okay. Had my son via natural conception and was out on the town drinking French martinis before I realized I was pregnant. I don’t think it will have an impact.

My first pregnancy wasn’t planned and I didn’t know I was pregnant with my first until I was nearly 10 weeks. I freaked out because I had drank several times and also was on medicine that is contraindicated for pregnancy. My OB reassured me that there’s very little I can do that early that is going to hurt the embryo. And she was right, my son is perfectly healthy in every way.
