If u have a canister type vacuum, hide the bar (well wrapped) in the compartment for attachments.

Depending on its size, hide it in the bottom envelope of the place where you keep bills to be paid.

Hide it in the 2015 tax files.

I laughed out loud! Found my people.

Alas, usually my treats don't last long enough for me to forget where they are... which is a different problem.

Everyone’s asleep, I have a nice cup of tea, go for the chocolate bar and… nothing. Did I hide it somewhere else and forgot? Did someone eat it? Sad.

Obviously, other squirrels found it. Interrogate your DH and boys squirrels.

I’m very sorry about your chocolate bar, OP, but you clearly need to be more devious with your hiding spots.

This is so sweet! My H and I have to hide stuff from our teen son, too. I also have a place where I hide things for the whole family; they'll think there's no dessert and, voila, I produce a box of cookies or whatever.

This works if you only have son's. If you have a daughter it will get found.

This exactly. There is another squirrel who knows where you hide your stash. They believe what’s yours is theirs. Find a better hiding spot and email yourself where it is if you have to! Nothing like going to reach for something and it’s empty or gone —seemingly vanished. Mom w teen son.

Hide the chocolate bar near the spare tire in the car. U know, close the car jack.
