As a result, parent and community members are setting up anew lacrosse McLean organization not associated with Perfect Performance for lacrosse this spring.
I would stay away from such a poorly run organization.
Their coaches were downright verbally abusive towards the kids on the spring lax team to the point where the ref had to tell him that if he didn't shut up he would be removed from the game. This was freakin youth lacrosse.
They didn't ask about McLean Youth Lacrosse at all. They asked about Perfect Performance. They are different (regardless of who owns it).
So per the original question, the coaches at Perfect Performance are great, they genuinely care about your athlete, and care about your improvement. If you want performance training, and your athlete wants to get better go there. Coach Luke and Coach Davis have been absolutely amazing for my boys.
From my experience, the owner is the issue. Over promises, under delivers.

We are still looking for performance training and football camps for winter for middle school age. Welcome any recommendations!

Their softball program is laughable
Any relation to Pure Performance on Pickett Road in Fairfax?
This is the guy who runs Pure Performance: https://rockgoldva.org/contact-us/
(and his bio on the Pure Performance site: https://getpureperformance.com/meet-the-team/)
These are the Perfect Performance people: https://www.perfect-performancenova.com/pp-softball-academy.html
Not sure Perfect Performance has any teams for 2025, but from what I've seen of Rock Gold that should speak for itself.
Not sure if that answered the question of whether there is any connection between the two. You don't like Rock Gold as a travel team or Pure Performance as a training facility or both?
