Kind bars are a glorified "healthy" candy bar, not a protein bar.
I like One protein bars, not sure if they are natural enough for OP.
Stop being dramatic. Kind bars are not even close to being a candy bar. Most of them only have around 180 calories and only 5 grams of added sugar, which is only 1/2 to 1/3 as much sugar as many single cups of flavored yogurts people eat. A kind bar has about 20% of your daily recommended value for fiber as well, which is why it can satiate you on such a low quantity of calories. Kind bars are fine.
+1. I found it hilarious that the PP thinks Kind bars are candy, but then gives ONE bars as a “healthy” option. Those things have like 25 grams of sugar in them. Literally more sugar than a snickers bar. With flavors like “chocolate chip cookie dough”, “birthday cake” and “maple donut”. Sure totally what OP is looking for.

- no preservatives
- no artificial colors
- organic / natural ingredients
- tastes good
I used to eat builders bars some years - now they taste bad!

Rx bars don’t have any of that. They have egg whites, dates, nuts, and then something pertaining to the specific flavor they are
Right, but they also have over 200 calories and only 12 grams of protein.
There are protein bars out there, like Pure Protein that have less than 200 calories and over 20 grams.
They honestly don't taste that great. But they are a better bang for your buck

One definitely has the best taste for bars that have more than 20 grams of protein. But checking in at over 300 calories can be tough for a snack
