I’d either get a mini fridge or use a cooler bag to have yogurts and milk on hand, and I’d leave granola and cereal (and bowls and spoons) in the room.

If you are able to move to the second floor without disturbing your baby/nanny, I suggest you set a time to walk up and down the stairs to stretch your legs every couple of hours. It isn’t healthy to sit so long and in an office you’d be moving around more.

Ps- my real issue would be coffee, haha!

I'm a tea drinker and I usually have an electric kettle available. So, I keep cup-o-soup and miso soup packets available and can mix up one of these in my tea cup. It's easy to rinse the cup in the bathroom sink and refill the tea kettle with water at the same time, then put the instant soup in the cup, add hot water and I have a nice snack.

This is a good idea. Remember hot pots from the good old days? Something like that so you can make tea or even heat up an Oodles of Noodles for those days when you cannot race downstairs. I don't have toddlers so I unlike you in that regard OP and I don't worry about disturbing kids but there are days when I feel I am unable to leave my home office for even a few minutes. That's when I raid my cabinet. Every day I bring in some yogurt, cheese sticks, and maybe a bagel. But I keep a drawer filled with apple sauce, Oodles of Noodles, oatmeal, trail mix, snack size chocolate, you name it. And on my desk is a big bowl of halos and apples. I also my Keurig (instead of a hot pot) for coffee refreshes or hot water for tea.

OP here, I mean portable! Thankfully everyone figured out my typo.

Thanks v. good suggestions here. It reminds me of my old campaign job in 2008 -- I used to keep loaf of bread peanut butter in my desk drawer and a jar of jam in the scary campaign fridge. PB&J on demand.
