My non-adventurous kids did adventure camp and they were fine, but they preferred the day camp because there was more variety in the day. With the adventure camp the kids just do one big thing each day.
What does that mean Adventure camp only do one big thing each day? If it is Canoeing day, kids would do canoeing for almost full day both in the morning & in the afternoon?
