I’m always so impressed by you all! We don’t do a big Christmas dinner.

Christmas Eve: grilled pork chops, roasted carrots, arugula salad, spatzle, and gingerbread cake for dessert.
Christmas morning: homemade eggnog, waffles and berries and bacon.
Christmas lunch: French onion soup with store bought biscuits.
Christmas dinner: every man for themselves

We had Chinese food for Christmas Eve. I made waffles for Christmas Day breakfast. For Christmas dinner, we are having prime rib roast, scalloped potatoes, green beans, and homemade rolls. For dessert, we are having pumpkin pie and chocolate pudding pie.

Since yesterday I've made 6 lbs Swedish meatballs, gravy, cranberry sauce, whipped horseradish potatoes, sweet potato casserole with pecan topping, creamed corn casserole, spinach balls, orange almond cake, cheesecake, 2 pecan pies and egg nog. Tomorrow is just heating everything up and roasting broccoli and cauliflower. Having 16 for dinner.

No xmas dinner, I have stuff like bagels and crackers and sausage and cheese and fruit and shrimp for shrimp cocktail for chilling tomorrow with a few people.

Xmas eve dinner mango chicken, lemon meringue pie because I have to do something with the lemons. Better start, have procrastinated too long. It will be later this evening.
