Well, that's odd because it suggests that the victim was missing for some time, which suggests that the victim was in the stairwerll for quite some time before being discovered at 8:15 pm. Was no one in the stairwell at all that day? I do avoid that stairwell, but I'd find it hard to believe no one was in it for hours and hours.
