It is funny to watch UA 150 on Instagram brag about all of the 2023 Girl Alums who committed to D1 schools, as if the UA150 event had a big impact. Kind of a joke.

Nike and UA are both great lots of college coaches attend each.
How good are the evaluations in terms of picking the top players?
Daddy ball comes the evaluations but still colleges coaches come to the tryouts.

ummm NO, not in a million years UA AA is best..150, not good at all...and AA ,may be losing substantial ground as, at least for the DC teams the selection process is really losing any kind of credibility over the last several years

On the boys side, I have not heard of a top 20 school discovering that “diamond in the rough” at a prospect day. I have heard of several instances of a kid shining at the prospect day of a lower tier d1/d3 school prospect day and that attention leading to an offer. Only speaking from my own observations, but curious if others have seen the same?

Prospect days at a school was more important for my daughter than my son. That was our experience. Mattered more in girls side.

Once you are committed there are tournaments just for committed girls. I’m not talking about ILs Commited Academy either. We are doing a tournament up in Philly this summer.

Agree with this mostly. However, making an all-star team at a camp/showcase can help you get invited to many of the invite-only showcases for freshman and sophomores.
In my opinion the "invite only" showcases are that in name mostly. If you kid is playing club and you see s showcase that is invite only and you want to go, tell you club coach and they should be able to make it happen. If you don't play club, ask your HS coach and again they should be able to make it happen. There are only a few real "we've seen you play and you are on our radar" invite only showcases.
Best In Class? Maverick? One Percent? Main Stage? What other invite only showcases are there to look out for?
