Sous vide steaks! At the last minute, sear them in a pan and then serve. They can sit in the sous vide all day if you want. Serve with something super easy like broiled asparagus. And then a Christmassy Bundt cake that you make the day before (Bundt cakes are pretty, especially with dusted powdered sugar on top, and usually pretty forgiving and easy to make in a stand mixer in about 5 minutes time)

Whole Foods - you order, pick up, stick in the oven for however long and you're done. This is how we do Christmas.
