Eh. I probably wouldn’t mail them or give them to others just cause of the “ick” factor but I really don’t think COVID will survive on cookies. Wash your hands frequently, make the cookies for yourselves, eat what you want, and freeze the rest to enjoy later. I also don’t think a mail carrier will get COVID from picking up a package set outside. It just doesn’t work that way.

The hospital called and told us we could stop isolating and go back to normal 10 days from symptom onset, and symptoms started last week. So I could go to the post office later this week. It’s just that the preschooler is out of school and DH isn’t allowed back to work, so I’m looking for things to do at home.

You could use pirate ship and they pick up from the house but then you risk infecting the mail person.

If you are looking to spend time cooking I think you’d be better off with something like a big batch of soup and freeze some. You can simmer it upon reheating so that even though you *think* it should be fine you can satisfy that slight questionable feeling about it. Maybe do a bigger puzzle to break things up? Or craft?
