That’s a great idea!! I usually put some in a small bowl, add 1/2 bowl of water and cover with a microwave cover. Cook 30 - 60 seconds depending on amount. Let it sit for 1 minute and then drain.

Me, too. This is the perfect way to keep them sweet. It works well if you're serving with pasta, you can just put frozen peas into a bowl under the colander to catch the hot salted pasta water when you drain the noodles. Then you drain the peas.
