Christmas Eve is heavy appetizers, smoked Turkey and homemade Mac and cheese. Christmas Day is artichoke and chicken casserole (melted cheese, vegetables, etc) that can be made in advance, rice and salad. NYE rotates depending on what we feel like.

Christmas Eve is always heavy apps (mostly family recipes for stuffed mushrooms, stuffed quahogs, crabmeat dip, breads and shrimp cocktail) and a charcuterie board.

Christmas dinner is always roast beef. Dessert is always bread pudding
