State's NCR region hasn't heard anything yet. We're going to get 2 weeks' warning as we've already formally pivoted back to in-office posture as a Department, but the NCR has not yet. Last week's meeting said not mid-December so we'll hear next week about early January.

I'm a Fed (w/NAVSEA) and we've been back to work for months. They want minimum half time in the office. I hate WFH but most of the stuff I do can only be done on site, anyway.

MSPB has been back 1 day a week. This means you could be on a zoom call with your coworkers. It makes zero sense. Covid cases are being announced every week.

Another DOE here. We don't even have updated flexi agreement for 2022 yet. I thought I was in "2/14 group", my manager thought we are all in "1/31 group". I thought that email was premature given there has been no discussion/info given to the programs yet.


Pre-mature but almost 60 days fair warning. No grumbling of 'shock' when its finalized.

DOI bureau here- politicals all returned this week, managers return 1/31 (last day) and employees return in March. Specific dates are determined by managers. I’ve heard this from 2 bureaus.

Make sure everything is ready, equipment is there and plan for employee return. We’ve had a lot of turn over and I have new employees who have never been in the office/ don’t have cubicles.
