Yep. Been wearing ASICS for a long time. Good for narrow to medium width, good arch support, can tie the laces to make the shoe hug the heel. Provides good stability, too. I run 25-30 miles over 4 days a week and use for other activities. Replace approximately 6-9 months. 53 yo.
If you are a bit heavier and just starting out running walking, the New Balance 990 is an excellent shoe for impact and stability.
